We are a small business and custom-make each order. Because these items are made to order (meaning we print it after you order), there are NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES on purchases. Please be sure you have consulted the size guide before making your purchase.

If your item is damaged, please contact us at therapywhileblack@gmail.com and include a picture of the damaged item as well as your order number. Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
